Tempe-Based IT Partners Places In Top 50 Private Companies in Arizona
Arizona Companies Acknowledged For Importance to Economy
9/22/2011 (Tempe, AZ) — IT Partners, a leading Tempe-based technology consulting firm, was named as one of the top 50 privately-held companies in Arizona at a special invitation-only awards ceremony hosted by the Phoenix Business Journal. IT Partners was selected for the prestigious 2011 list based on its revenue growth over the past two years.
 For the past 17 years, the Arizona Corporate Excellence (ACE) Awards has honored the 50 largest, private companies and the 25 fastest-growing companies in Arizona for their success and importance to the state's economy. According to the review board, the firms generate combined revenues of over $15 billion per year and employ over 40,000 Arizonans.
“We attribute our revenue growth to a combination of factors: the expansion of our consulting service practice offerings, successful implementation of new sales initiatives, new account development and expansion within existing accounts and strengthening our strategic partnerships,” says Willie Hawileh, IT Partners chief executive officer.

Channel’s VAR500 List
IT Partners, a leading Tempe, Arizona-based technology consulting firm, announced that it has been recognized by Everything Channel as a part of CRN’s 2011 VAR500 list, which ranks the top technology integrators in North America. IT Partners placed #413 in the 17th annual ranking, moving up 30 spots from last year’s position. It is one of only five Arizona companies to make the list.
Featuring the highest producing technology integrators and solution provider organizations in the IT channel, the VAR500 rankings consider earnings from hardware sales, software sales and IT services.
The VAR500 is a list of the largest value-added resellers, solution providers and integrators in North America by revenue size. Revenue size is determined by the amount of annual products and services sold over the course of 2010.

IT Partners Helps to Bring New Playground to An Arizona Community
Private & public partnerships working together to develop communities
5/11/2011 (Tempe, AZ) — IT Partners, a privately owned Arizona-based technology consulting firm, has partnered with the City of Mesa and other Valley businesses to build a new playground at Golden Hills Park, 7256 E. Pueblo Ave. The play structure will be built by community volunteers Saturday, May 14th. One-hundred fifty volunteers have already signed up to work on the project. The ribbon cutting is scheduled for 2 p.m.
IT Partners chief executive officer Willie Hawileh, states “We are excited by the prospect of building the playground at Golden Hills Park. The neighborhood kids and their families should have a fun place to play and enjoy the outdoors that is near their homes. As a parent, some of my fondest memories include walking to the park with my family on weekends and spending time together.”
Hawileh goes on to say, “Kids grow up fast so time is precious. Creating those memorable experiences with your kids early on is a gift worth giving them and yourself. IT Partners is a very family oriented company and we would like to share that opportunity with the community.”
Currently, Golden Hills Park is 11 acres of open space. Neighbors in the area approached the City and asked what could be done to provide their children with a place to play.
The new play structure will be geared towards preschool and school age children. Some of the fun features include: stepping pods, bouncing board and bridge, rock ramp, cargo climbing nets, a peek-a-boo wall, slides and more. Both structures are manufactured by Xccent Play and distributed by Arizona Recreation Design. They are the first of their kind with "motion" based units, featuring specialty components to promote dynamic play through "PlayMotion" activity. Another added feature is a 79-foot shade canopy covering the entire play structure, donated by Shade N Net. This is the only play structure in Mesa to have a shade canopy.
“We were able to reach out to the business community and their response was overwhelming,” Mesa Parks, Recreation and Commercial Facilities Director Marc Heirshberg said. “Some businesses were able to donate monetarily while others made in-kind donations. We are grateful to the businesses who support projects like this.”
Donations were received from: IT Partners, Xccent Play, Foundation for Mesa Parks and Recreation, the HoHoKams, Crescent Crown Distribution, Arizona Recreation Design, Shade N Net, Cox Communications, Fry’s Food Store, All City Towing, Starbucks Coffee, and Vitamin Water.
